Matt & I had the chance to hear a Christian comedian, Mike Williams, this weekend... and oh did it feel good to laugh! (check out some of his stuff at www.mikewilliams.tv)

It reminded me of the times and laughs I've had watching Ken Davis - my family can recall a trip to Colorado where we did nothing but watch his DVDs and laugh all the way through Nebraska.

But in the middle of the laughing he challenged us... to be able to laugh and rise above. He said 'opportunity knocks but tradegy runs right in.' And as I sat there and reflected on the truth of that in my life he followed it up with when you see something stupid or someone does something dumb just stop and pause and 'thank God I get it!'

All of this made me realize that laughter is one of the things that I am most thankful for after losing Zach. To be able to share the book of his life with others and laugh at the pictures and the memories blesses my life... hopefully yours too :)
