Silly Girl

I have changed a lot over the summer. So much that my mom has gotten behind in keeping up with me! (Obviously - huh?)

I have learned to crawl. I thought it was fun to just crawl and investigate things for about a day before I figured out that I can crawl to the couch or stool and stand up! That is lots of fun!

And I don't want to brag about being a quick learner but it took me about another day to figure out the two steps from what mom and dad call the earthroom or family room into our kitchen area. The first few days I'd climb up one and then find myself laying on my tummy on it. Then I'd get up on all fours again and go for the next step. This past weekend I finally figured out how to just climb up both steps without having to lay down in the middle! Oh, and sometimes I like to just rest my chin on the wood and kick my feet... or chew on the edge but mom tries to discoursage me from doing that. Not sure why though - it feels good on my teeth.
