Because I can, because you make me cry, I am going to share my surgery with you. (a part of)
We had a beautiful young nurse, she has 2 kids about 20 months apart.. busy mom, young inexperienced nurse.. I tried very hard to not be a scary burden on her… We told her we have 4 grandkids, her and the other nurse go wow! You two look so young.. blah, blah, We then went on to tell them of Zach’s passing, we chatted for a little bit.. the older nurse left, and the young day nurse stayed on duty.. she came into my room about half hour later very very soft spoken and asked how our daughter got thru it! How do you survive.. I right away said you just do, but it is hard, that it changed you and everyone around Zach. She then looked at us and said she lost one of her twins.. while it was in her womb, and she is really struggling with it.. We told her of great faith, great friends. She looked at us and said she just couldn’t imagine how you can handle it.. I them remembered you had told me once that you felt lucky, at least you had time with Zach, and it would be harder to be in someone shoes like her.. she got choked up, and just shook her head no. you have it worse..
It amazes me that no matter how long he walked the earth, or how many people met Zach, he still touches lives. Just thought you would like to know this story..
Have a great night..
Love mom

Thank you mom. That story - touched my heart. You know that and you know how it just makes you smile and cry at the same time :) I imagine if all of the Cambier sisters were on their phones or reading the story at the same time everyone around them would be crying now too!
I love you!
Jantina
Of course....I am crying, no, sobbing.
Love,
The littlest Cambier sister
